    1. Summarize/Resume :
An LMS (Learning Management System) is a web-based platform that helps organizations deliver and automate employee training by gathering all learning materials in one place and making them accessible with just one click. With an LMS, businesses can create different learner groups based on job roles, assign individual courses, tests, or full learning paths, and track each learner’s progress to identify top performers and support those who need improvement. A wide range of organizations from high schools to large corporations. benefit from an LMS because it reduces costs related to classroom rentals, transportation, accommodation, instructor salaries, and printed materials.
Beyond cost savings, the right LMS helps companies save time, enforce consistent learning standards, and regularly assess and develop employee knowledge. These advantages make LMS platforms suitable for businesses of all sizes: large, medium, and small. Employees also gain significant benefits, such as the ability to access learning materials anytime, anywhere, and from any device, revisit content unlimited times whenever they need to refresh knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues during the learning process. Altogether, using an LMS results in stronger employee loyalty, higher motivation, and improved skills across the team.
    2. My Experience :
My experience using the MAN 1 e-learning website during online learning has been very helpful in supporting the learning process. Through this platform, I can access the learning materials repeatedly, which makes it easier for me to understand the topics being studied. The assignment submission feature is also very convenient, as there are check-mark indicators that show which tasks have been submitted and which ones are still pending. In addition, there is a timeline feature where students and teachers can share updates, exchange information, and post announcements quickly.
The platform also provides virtual interaction features such as video calls, allowing learning to continue even without face-to-face meetings. However, there are some drawbacks. The website link often experiences instability or access issues, unlike official applications from well-established brands that generally have stronger and more reliable servers. Despite these limitations, the e-learning platform still contributes positively to the overall effectiveness of online learning.

2.Experience : My Journey of Learning via an LMS (Google Classroom) at MAN 2

While studying at MAN 2, I regularly utilized Google Classroom as the primary Learning Management System for accessing resources, submitting tasks, and getting updates from instructors. Engaging with this LMS provided me with an experience that seemed markedly distinct from conventional in-person classes.

Every subject had a designated classroom, resulting in the learning materials being well-organized and easily accessible. Educators typically shared slides, instructional videos, or study links prior to the class. This allowed me to grasp the subject beforehand and arrive in class better equipped. The comment section allowed me to easily inquire about anything I didn't grasp, without having to wait for the following meeting.

For assignments, Google Classroom proved to be quite useful as the deadlines, instructions, and file attachments were well organized. It helped me to organize my time more effectively and monitor which tasks were finished or still outstanding. The alerts on my phone also made sure I didn’t overlook any updates from instructors.

Despite some challenges, like slow internet or platform issues during busy times, using the LMS for learning ultimately made me more independent, organized, and at ease with digital education. I believe this experience has been worthwhile, particularly because it enhanced my capability to utilize technology in the learning process.

Through an LMS, organizations can group learners, provide courses or quizzes, and monitor their performance to identify who is progressing well and who may need extra support. Schools and companies of all sizes use LMS because it helps reduce expenses like classroom rentals, travel costs, instructor fees, and printed materials.

In addition to saving money, an LMS also saves time and ensures a consistent learning experience for everyone. It is suitable for both large and small organizations. Learners benefit because they can study anytime on any device, revisit materials as often as needed, and collaborate with others. Overall, an LMS can boost motivation, increase engagement, and help individuals build stronger skills.

    My Experience:
My experience using Google Classroom during online learning has been very helpful. I can access the lessons easily and revisit the materials whenever I want, which really supports my understanding of the subject. The assignment feature is also useful because it shows clearly which tasks I’ve already turned in and which ones I still need to complete, helping me stay organized with my work.

Google Classroom also works smoothly with Google Meet, Google Docs, and Google Drive, so participating in discussions and doing group projects becomes more convenient. The only challenge I often face is an unstable internet connection, which sometimes makes it difficult to join online meetings or open the materials. In general, Google Classroom makes the learning process more flexible and structured, allowing students to learn from any place and at any time.

    1. An LMS, or Learning Management System, is an online tool that centralizes training materials and makes them easy to access. Using an LMS, organizations can form learner groups based on job roles, give out courses or tests, and monitor each person’s progress to see who excels and who needs extra help. Many institutions from schools to large companies use LMS platforms because they lower expenses related to classrooms, travel, accommodation, instructors, and printed resources. Besides reducing costs, a well chosen LMS helps companies save time, maintain uniform training quality, and continuously evaluate employee abilities. This makes LMS platforms practical for businesses of any size. Employees also benefit because they can study anytime, from any device, revisit lessons as often as needed, and work collaboratively with peers. Overall, implementing an LMS increases employee engagement, enhances skills, and strengthens loyalty to the organization.

    2. My experience using the e-learning website provided by the tutoring class during online learning has been very beneficial for supporting my studies. The platform allows me to revisit learning materials as many times as needed, which helps me better understand each topic. The assignment submission feature is also easy to use, with clear check marks showing which tasks I’ve already submitted and which ones are still pending. There’s also a timeline feature where students and teachers can share updates, exchange information, and post announcements quickly. The platform includes virtual communication tools like video calls, enabling classes to continue even without in person meetings. However, it does have some weaknesses. The website link sometimes becomes unstable or difficult to access, unlike official apps from established companies that usually have stronger and more reliable servers. Even with these drawbacks, the e-learning platform still plays a positive role in improving the overall online learning experience.

    2. My Experience

I first used an LMS when I was a student at SMAN 5 during the COVID-19 pandemic. When face-to-face classes were replaced with online learning, the LMS became the main solution to keep our lessons going. At the beginning, I was often confused because I still needed time to adapt to this new online learning style—uploading assignments, accessing materials, and joining virtual classes all felt new to me. However, gradually, I began to understand how everything worked and became more comfortable using it.

I also joined an online English course provided by Kampung Inggris Pare, which used an LMS to organize lessons, videos, and quizzes. The materials were neatly arranged, making it easier for me to follow the lessons and understand each topic. The LMS helped me complete school tasks more efficiently and learn faster because all the resources I needed were already available in one place.

Overall, using LMS platforms—both during school and in my online English course—made my learning smoother, more effective, and much easier to manage, even though I needed time to adapt at first.
